Fee and Payment options
Fee Schedule Admission Fee: Admission fee of Rs.15,000 is to be paid by all the selected candidates immediately after the admission decision is announced by the Principal of the INC Center. This should be paid by way of Demand Draft drawn in favor of "ICFAI University, Dehradun" payable at Dehradun. Admission fee is non-refundable. Program Fee: The Program fee includes Tuition fee, Student Activity Fund , Alumni Membership Fee , contribution to Alpha Foundation and Corpus Fund . The Tuition fee includes the cost of courseware, laptop computer, summer internship coordination fee, final placement coordination fee, library fee and fee payable to the University towards examinations. The INC centers are divided into 5 categories. Program fee varies depending on the category of INC center chosen by the applicant Program fee Structure Table-I

A) Annual Payment: Students can pay the program fee in 2 annual installments at the time of registration for the first and third semesters (on or before July 01, 2008 and July 20, 2009) respectively. All payments are to be made by way of Demand Draft in favor of "Icfai University Common Fund",payable at Hyderabad. The details are given below in Table II:
B)8 Installments Schemes :Students can pay the program fee in 8 equal installments. The first installment is to be paid by way of Demand Draft in favor of "Icfai University Common Fund" payable at Hyderabad, at the time of registration for Semester I i.e. July 01, 2008. The remaining 7 installments are payable by way of Post-dated Cheques (PDCs) in favor of "Icfai University Common Fund" as per Table 3given below. These 7 PDCs (dated 1st Oct, 2008; Ist Jan, 2009; 1 st April , 2009 ; 1 st June , 2009 ; 1 st Sept , 2009 ;1st Dec and 1st Mar, 2010) are to be deposited with INC at the time of registration for the Semester I. All the PDCs should be signed by the parent/guardian only.Students may also use the above installment scheme until they get any educational loan from any bank. In case they get any bank loan, the amount paid through PDCs will be adjusted and the PDCs which are not sent for collection will be returned. Table-III
Contribution to Student Activities Fund Students are required to contribute Rs.10,000 to the Student Activities Fund. The fund is administered by a committee consisting of student representatives and faculty under the supervision of the Principal. It is utilized to finance student activities including special classes for development of soft skills, placement brochure/placement related activities, participation in competitions, picnics, cultural events, welcome and valedictory functions, etc. This fund is also utilized to reimburse the hospitalization expenses up to Rs.1,00,000 due to illness and accidents during their course of study. The amount of Rs.10,000 towards Student Activities Fund is included in the Program fee. Membership Fee of Alumni Society Students are required to become members in INC Alumni Society (INCAS). The membership in the Alumni Society entitles the students to participate in seminars, workshops, conferences andlocal chapter activities. An amount of Rs. 10,000 towards membership fee of Alumni Society is included in the Program fee. Other Contributions The fee includes contribution to The Alpha Foundation (Rs.5,000) and the Corpus Fund (Rs.5,000). Waiver of Tuition Fee In the unfortunate event of death of a specified parent who is funding the education of a student at INC, the balance of tuition fee payable by such student will be waived. Further details will be provided in the Student Handbook. Refund of Tuition Fee In the unfortunate event of death of a student during the course of study at INC, the tuition fee paid will be refunded to the specified parent.
