The strength of an academic institution is known from the "knowledge bank" of its faculty. With this belief, we have created a unique system of training and development for our faculty at all levels in our own "staff training colleges". All faculty members, fresh or experienced have to undergo a one month training programme to get acquainted with our contemporary curriculum, teaching methodologies, cased based learning methods, class room management and self development.

"Focused short duration programmes are conducted for development of faculty members in focused topics. All faculty members are encouraged to enhance their knowledge by attending/ participating in national and international seminars and workshops, writing articles, book reviews, case studies and getting them published, presenting papers at national and international level. The academic excellence is acknowledged, recognized and rewarded

The non-academic support staff is the backbone for operations. The new entrants are inducted into the organization through an induction programme. In addition, various other orientation and training programmes are organized for personal and professional development of the non-academic staff.
