INC has designed an innovative program titled "Learn, Earn and Develop (LEAD)" Program for the benefit of students, allowing them to get exposure to practical work while studying at INC. The LEAD Program offers the students an opportunity to work on a part-time basis, to promote various products and services of leading organizations. LEAD is a voluntary program which could be stipendiary or based on performance based incentives. It provides practical experience and skill development opportunities.
