Fee Schedule

Admission Fee

Admission Fee of Rs. 5,000 is to be paid by all the selected candidates immediately after the admission decision is announced by the Principal of the INC Center. This should be paid by  Demand Draft drawn in favor of "the ICFAI University, Dehradun" payable at Dehradun. Admission Fee non-refundable.

Program Fee

The Program fee includes Tuition Fee, Student Activity Fund, Alumni Membership Fee and excludes the Admission fee. The Tuition Fee includes the cost of courseware, internship coordination fee, final placement coordination fee, library fee and the fee payable to the University towards enrollment and examinations.The INC centers are divided into 2 categories. Program Fee varies depending on the category of INC center chosen by the applicant.

Payment Options


A.) Term-wise Payment: Students can pay the program fee in 3 equal installments at the time of registration of the respective terms. All payments are to be made by way of Demand Draft in favor of "Icfai University Common Fund". Payable at Hyderabad. The details are given below in Table 2.

B.) Installment Scheme: Students are also allowed to pay the Program Fee in 7 Equated Monthly Installments. Students who wish to avail the installment scheme are required to pay Rs. 10,000 towards the initial payment for registration by way of Demand Draft in favor of "Icfai University Common Fund" payable at Hyderabad, at the time of registration for Term-I i.e. Sept. 3,2007. The remaining 7 equated monthly installments are payable by way of Post-dated Cheques (PDCs) in favor of "Icfai University Common Fund" as per Table 3 given below. These 7 PDCs ( dated 1st October, 2007; 1st November, 2007; 1 St December, 2007; 1st January, 2008; 1st February, 2008; 1st March, 2008 and 1st April, 2008) are to be deposited with INC at the time of registration for the Term-1. All the PDCs should be signed by the parent/guardian only.

Mode of Payment

All payments to INC should be made by way of demand draft drawn in favor of 'Icfai University Common Fund' and payable at Hyderabad.

Contribution to Student Activity Fund

Students are required to contribute Rs. 4,000 to the Student Activity Fund.
Student Activity Fund is payable along with the first installment of the tuition fee at the time of registration for Term 1.The fund is administered by a committee consisting of student representatives and faculty under the supervision of the Principal. It is utilized to reimburse hospitalization expenses (during Term I, II and III), to finance student activities including special classes for development of soft skills, placement brochure/placement related activities, participation in competitions, picnics, cultural events, welcome and valedictory functions, etc.

Membership Fee of Alumni Society

Students are required to become members in INC Alumni Society (INCAS). The membership in the Alumni Society entitles the students participate in seminars, workshops, conferences and local chapter activities, The fee is Rs. 5,000 which is to be paid along with last installment. The payment dates will be indicated in the Student Handbook.

Waiver of Tuition Fee

In the unfortunate event of death of a specified parent who is funding the education of a students at INC, the balance of tuition fee payable by such student will be waived. Further details will be provided in the Student Handbook.

Refund of Tuition Fee

In the unfortunate event of death of a student during the course of study at INC, the tuition fee paid will be refunded by the INC to the specified parent. Further details will be provided in the Student Handbook.

Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction for the disputes (if any) relating to the BFI Program in Dehradun. Uttarakhand, India.
