The education methodology adopted by  INC encourages independent thinking and helps the students in developing holistic perspectives, strong domain knowledge, contemporary skill-sets and positive attitudes.


INC has evolved a comprehensive student-centric learning approach consisting of several stages, designed to add significant value to the learners' understanding in an integrated manner.

  • Classroom Instruction: Students receive classroom instruction at flexible timings to suit the requirements of working professionals, which will help them to learn and consolidate their understanding of the subjects.

  • Courseware: INC provides quality courseware comprising textbooks, workbooks, study guides, model question papers, etc., designed for independent study. The courseware package also includes self evaluatory assignments that help students to evaluate their own academic progress.

  • IT Lab: Assignments related to computers will require the students to spend significant time in the lab. All students will have access to well-equipped computer lab, for their practical work in IT courses.

  • Projects: Students are encouraged to pursue live projects in each of the courses to enhance their learning by applying theoretical concepts to industry situations. This is done under the guidance of experienced faculty to ensure proper focus and implementation.

  • Soft Skills: In order to develop the all around personality of the students for better career prospects, INC conducts soft skills workshops during the course of their study. This will help students develop communication skills, presentation skills, group discussion skills, interview skills, etc.

  • Web Support: All enrolled students are provided online web support on 24 x 7 basis. The use of web technology will enable the students to have a greater and easier access to the faculty and the administrative staff.

  • Additional Certifications: In the curricula of the BFI Program, INC is integrating the following certifications tests: IRDA Certification for Insurance; AMFI Certification for Mutual Funds and NCFM Certification for Financial Markets.

  • Internship: The internship enable the students to experience the rigor of business environment and combine the concepts learnt in classroom with the real-life situations in organizations.

  • Evaluation: Student performance in each course will be assessed by means of continuous evaluation. Students will be evaluated on the basis of assignments, seminars, projects and tests.
