The ICFAI University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand (hereinafter referred to as the University) was establishedat Dehradun under   Sub-section (2) of Section 4 of the ICFAI University Act, 2003 (Act No. 16 of 2003). The University Grants Commission has included the ICFAI University at Dehradun in the listof Universities maintained by the University Grants Commission under Section 2 (f) of the UGC Act,1956 (visit: www.ugc.ac.in). Consequently, the University confers degrees at Bachelor's, Master's andDoctoral levels on eligible students subject to the University Regulations.

INC is a constituent of the Icfai Academy. Terminologies used by INC depict program names andawards may be different from state to state based on the applicable central and state legislationsand regulations at any point in time. INC does not by itself award any degrees/diplomas; it merelyextends academic support and placement assistance to the students interested in pursuing the MBAProgram of the University as private candidates. The University is not associated with the academicsupport and placement assistance rendered by INC. INC centers are not the study centers of theUniversity. As the INC does not offer any degree/diploma, it has not sought any approval from theAICTE. After completing the academic requirements of the University, the students will be eligibleto receive the MBA degrees from the University. This document is not the official prospectus of theUniversity; it is issued by INC at its own cost and discretion.
