Soft Skills Lab is a unique concept of INC aimed at helping students improve their proficiency in the interpersonal skills and communication skills and emerge as articulate, confident individuals with positive persona, ready for corporate world. It has a holistic approach towards identifying and honing latent skills of our students.

This uniquely designed program addresses problems faced by a number of executives in the corporate world today. The problems can vary from difficulty in oral and written communication to managing themselves and others.

In this program, students go through four semesters of customized modules.We follow an innovative teaching methodology which comprises audio visual equipment, guest lectures by experts, workshops and seminars.

The mission for the four semesters of Soft Skills Lab is:

· SEM I - To effect a transition, in the mind of the student, to disciplined corporate environment.

· SEM II - To get a pre-placement (SIP) offer for every student, which will be instrumental in shaping the specific student into a reasonable managerial prospect.

· SEM III - To get the first final placement offer in line with the abilities and the level of each student.

· SEM IV - To train each student to be effective and successful on his first job.
