The INC is a constituent of the Icfai Academy. INC is established to extend academic support and placement assistance for candidates preparing for professional careers. INC provides academic support and placement assistance for private candidates interested in pursuing the MBA Program of the ICFAI University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The University is in no way associated with the academic support and placement assistance rendered by INC.

INC maintains a reputation for quality teaching, field based assignments, case based learning, productive learning based internships and final placements in reputed organizations.

INC believes that the student development entails development of

Knowledge: Enabled through full-time classroom instruction and competent faculty, courseware, library facilities and experiential learning.
Skills: Focus on computer skills and soft skills such as written and oral communication, team playing, goal setting, time management and interpersonal skills. This is done through soft skills labs, IT lab, reading seminars, guest lectures and field assignments such as live projects, LEAD and summer internships.
Attitude: Focus on positive outlook, openness, ability to view situations as win-win, viewing problems as opportunities. These are enabled through interactive classroom methodologies, field assignments, guest lectures and internships.

Summer Internship

INC organizes summer internships for the benefit of students at leading organizations at various cities across the country. INC also supports the executive training assignments spread over 16 weeks in internship closely through its faculty.

Final Placements

INC gives utmost importance to assisting students in getting suitable placements after successful completion of the program. The placement team at INC staffed with senior professionals and executives enables the corporate relationship and coordinates to ensure placement interviews by organizations at various cities. INC also enables students preparation through a variety of preparatory exercises on a continuous basis through the first and second year.

Merit Scholarships/Student Assistantships

INC encourages meritorious students through Merit Scholarships. These scholarships are initially based on marks obtained by the student in his bachelor's degree and later on based on the academic performance of the student. Women students are being additionally encouraged through Merit Scholarships for Women.

Merit Scholarships are provisionally announced at the time of admission by the Admissions Committee based on the bachelor's degree marks obtained cumulatively for all years. For applicants who are yet to receive their final year marks, scholarships will be awarded based on cumulative marks of all years up to and including the penultimate year.

For the purpose of calculation, marks of all subjects, including languages, will be counted.

These merit scholarships will be applicable for the first semester. For subsequent semesters, scholarship holders will have to maintain a prescribed minimum CGPA along with required attendance. Details will be provided in the Student Handbook.

INC provides student assistantships, consisting of a monthly stipend for highly meritorious students during the second year. Students are also encouraged to earn through the Learn, Earn and Develop (LEAD) Program of INC.

Student Handbook

Each student will be supplied with a Student Handbook which contains all the rules and regulations applicable to the student during the course of study at INC including curriculum , academic calendar, fee and scholarship guidelines, etc

Bank Loans

Several public and private sector banks provide educational loans to INC students. Applicants seeking educational loans are required to approach the respective branches in their city.
